Delete your CoParentally account
You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data from inside the app, or request deletion by email if you can no longer access your account.
Delete inside the app
- Sign in to CoParentally.
- Open Settings.
- Go to the Danger Zone and choose Delete Account.
- Review the warning, type DELETE, and confirm.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the address registered to your account. Include only your name, registered email address and the words “delete my CoParentally account”. Do not send case documents or children’s information.

Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple, Google or Stripe. Cancel it through the same store or billing provider you used before deleting your account.
What happens to your data
Personal data associated with your account is deleted or de-identified, subject to records we must retain for security, fraud prevention, payment, dispute or legal obligations. We will explain any required retention when responding to your request.
