Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 September 2026

1. Agreement and eligibility

These terms apply when you access or use CoParentally. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information.

A parent or legal guardian must create and manage child profiles and is responsible for deciding whether and how a child uses the Kids Hub.

2. What CoParentally provides

CoParentally provides tools for co-parenting communication, family organisation, record keeping, document preparation, wellbeing activities and general educational information. Features may vary by plan, platform and region.

3. Not legal, medical or emergency advice

CoParentally is not a law firm and does not create a lawyer-client relationship. Information, templates, reports, scores and AI responses are general tools only. They do not guarantee a legal outcome, admissibility, accuracy or acceptance by a court or authority.

Review important material yourself and obtain advice from a qualified lawyer, health professional or other appropriate professional. For immediate danger or crisis, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis service.

4. Accounts and authorised access

You are responsible for your password, child access codes and activity under your account. Do not share credentials with unauthorised people. Only invite a co-parent, child, lawyer or professional when you have authority to share the relevant information with them.

5. Acceptable use and communications

You retain responsibility for information you upload or send. You must not use CoParentally to threaten, harass, impersonate, exploit, unlawfully monitor or publish private information about another person; upload illegal or harmful material; interfere with the service; or misrepresent altered material as an original record.

Users can contact support to report harmful content or behaviour. We may restrict communication features, preserve evidence needed for safety or legal reasons, or suspend accounts while a report is reviewed.

6. Children’s safety

Adults must supervise children’s use, keep child access codes private and use only age-appropriate features. Do not ask a child to share private contact, location, financial or legal information through messaging or AI tools. Safety flags and automated responses are not a substitute for adult supervision or professional care.

7. Subscriptions and purchases

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Before purchase, the applicable screen will show the price, billing period and included features.

  • Website subscriptions are managed through Stripe.
  • iOS subscriptions are managed through the user’s Apple account when offered in the iOS app.
  • Android subscriptions are managed through Google Play when offered in the Android app.

Cancel through the same provider used to subscribe. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refunds are handled under the billing provider’s rules and applicable consumer law. Deleting a CoParentally account does not automatically cancel a store or Stripe subscription.

8. Your content and service licence

You keep ownership of content you create. You give CoParentally a limited permission to host, process, reproduce and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service and provide features you request.

You confirm that you have the right to provide the content and that doing so does not breach another person’s rights, a court order or applicable law.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected and handled, including information relating to children, AI features, location and payments.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep CoParentally available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, replace or discontinue features for security, legal or operational reasons. Material changes affecting paid features will be communicated where reasonably possible.

11. Suspension, cancellation and deletion

You may stop using the service at any time. You may delete your account through Settings or the public account deletion page.

We may restrict or suspend an account for serious misuse, threats to safety, fraud, unlawful activity or material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a way to contact support.

12. Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights under applicable Australian consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, CoParentally is not responsible for decisions made solely from AI output, educational information or user-created records, or for conduct of other users.

13. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia and the state or territory connected with the service provider, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
