Start with an adult account, decide what should be shared and add only the information needed for your family.

Choose what to share
Invite a co-parent only when appropriate. Private case records and shared family features have different audiences, so check each screen before adding information.

Organise family information
Use the calendar, communication, case and document tools that fit your situation. Keep your own copies of anything important.

Manage child access
A parent or guardian creates and supervises child access to the Kids Hub. Keep access codes private and do not use the app for emergencies.

Review AI output
Treat AI suggestions as drafts. Check facts and dates yourself and seek qualified legal or medical advice when needed.

Export or delete
Export available account data from Settings. You can also delete your account in the app or follow the public account-deletion instructions.
Before you rely on a record
- Check names, dates, attachments and AI-generated wording.
- Confirm current legal requirements with an official source or qualified lawyer.
- Keep emergency, medical and child-safety communication outside the app when immediate help is needed.
- Understand that an export is an organisational record, not a guarantee of court acceptance.
